TXDCRE is dedicated to the brokers, developers, operators, landowners, investors, and allied professionals who support mission-critical real estate across the state.
Founded as demand for mission-critical facilities accelerated across Texas, the Council brings together the real estate and infrastructure disciplines involved in data center development.
Members include site selection specialists, commercial brokers, developers, operators, institutional investors, power and utility advisors, fiber consultants, engineers, environmental specialists, land-use attorneys, title companies, and tax-incentive advisors.
